Nice press for ArtAbout
The Davis Enterprise ran a a feature on ArtAbout and chose an image of one of my paintings among the images for the event. I always appreciate this type of unexpected support!
There is also an official flyer for the event, and the same painting showed up in that mix as well, both with a great mention about Friday’s reception.
I love the Midtown Sac art scene, but Davis has really impressed me with how much of a community they have around their ArtAbout. It is really impressive and it explains why their Second Fridays feel so fun. Thanks to everyone involved!

Davis ArtAbout opening this Friday
This month, second Friday falls after second Saturday. I am happy to announce that I will be displaying work for ArtAbout at the Avid Reader in downtown Davis.
There will be an artist’s reception Friday, March 14 from 5-7 and the work will remain on display through April 9.

Human Voice II
Tonight is the Second Saturday reception for the Human Voice II show, and I’m very excited. I had a chance to check out the full show Thursday night and Robert Ray has put together an amazing show.
The gallery also features work by Blue Reid, Jean-Marc Brugeilles, Randy Won, Sandra Cappaletti, Sid & Donine Wellman, plus Marie Winkler and David Komar. Every single one of these artists is reason enough to come out to the Temp.

March is a busy art month for me
I have work featured in two shows.
The first is a group show at the Temp gallery, called Human Voices II. It’s curated by Robert Ray, and he’s pulled together some really amazing artists. I am honored to show with them.
Reception will be this Thursday, March 6 and another on second Saturday, March 8, both from 6-8
The second show will be as the featured artists for the Avid Reader in downtown Davis as part of the ArtAbout. The reception is on second Friday, March 14, 5-7. This month it falls after second Saturday.

I’m excited to announce my first-ever show in Davis, CA! Its a great chance to be part of the ArtAbout in Downtown. I’m showing work at the Paint Chip. Really excited to take part of this event!
